Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Nexo, operated by Robert Campos, at Orlando, Florida, USA. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to them.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, protect your access, and be authorized to connect every social account you add. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify Nexo of suspected unauthorized access.

Content and platform rules

You retain ownership of your content and grant Nexo the limited permission needed to store, transform, and publish it at your direction. You must follow applicable law and each social platform’s terms. Do not use Nexo for spam, deception, infringement, harassment, malware, or unlawful content.

AI-generated material

AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review content before publishing and are responsible for claims, rights, disclosures, and regulatory compliance. Nexo does not guarantee reach, engagement, revenue, or platform acceptance.

Plans, tokens, and billing

Subscriptions renew until canceled. The included AI token allowance resets to the amount shown for the plan after each confirmed renewal and unused monthly allowance does not roll over. Extra-token packs are separate one-time purchases, are added only after confirmed payment, and remain available until consumed while the account is active. Except where law requires otherwise, consumed tokens are non-refundable. Taxes may apply according to your location and the operator’s registrations.

Availability and integrations

Social networks and other providers control their APIs, reviews, limits, and availability. Nexo may modify or suspend an integration when necessary for security, compliance, or a provider change.

Termination

You may delete your account through Security. Nexo may restrict or terminate access for material violations, abuse, nonpayment, or security risk. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain effective.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nexo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost reach, or actions taken by third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact
