Nexo helps customers create, schedule, and publish social media content. This policy explains the information we process and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We process account identifiers, email address, language and plan preferences, content and media you upload, connected social-account identifiers, publishing history, token usage, billing references, and security audit events. Payment card details are collected and handled by our payment provider, not by Nexo.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, generate requested content, publish to channels you connect, process billing, prevent abuse, support customers, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

AI and connected services

Content submitted for AI generation is sent to the configured AI provider solely to fulfill your request. Nexo requests non-retention where supported. Social credentials are encrypted before storage and used only for actions you initiate or schedule.

Retention and deletion

We retain account data while your account is active and as required for security, billing, dispute resolution, or law. You can export your data or permanently delete your account from Security. Deletion cancels an active subscription before removing account data and stored media.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection. You may disconnect a social account at any time. Residents of applicable U.S. states may exercise privacy rights without discrimination.

Security

Nexo uses access controls, ownership checks, encrypted credentials, rate limits, audit logs, signed billing webhooks, and transport security. No system is perfectly secure; promptly report suspected misuse through the support channel shown in your account.

International use and changes

Information may be processed where Nexo and its providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards. We may update this policy as the service changes and will provide notice when required.
